Very nice and professional staff: after I reserved a second time, they gave me a larger room, which means they reward customers loyalty. Politeness and good breakfast!

The room was large and spacious.
It's a bit boring with bland decor. It's quite a way out of the centre of town. The breakfast is only average.

Excellent service, location and room. The staff is very helpful and attention to details. The hotel provides a complete and health breakfast. The room is very clean and service is always excellent. Bed was great.
I would recommend to have some chairs in the balcony. It is a great space to use more.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our group of three, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. the breakfast, though not outstanding, had a decent variety of snacks and coffee. the location was great, close to shops and restaurants, and had free parking as a bonus.
Although staff members were accommodating, some receptionists were a bit cold and passive in interacting with guests. the room atmosphere felt a bit cold, and some decorative accents or cosier bedding could have made the stay even more pleasant.

The hotel was situated a little outside the city centre - some 15-20 mins walk, but very easy to do. It has great usa sized rooms with 2 kingsize beds in two separate areas of the room. One w/ tv and the other not. Also there is plenty of parking at the hotel for free. The staff is very helpful in getting you going and the little city Vigevano itself was above expectations. It has a great old castle (in restoration as you might expect) with @night an openair cinema , and also a great medieval central plaza with old style houses, a very nice worth visiting basilica church. Additionally the city is full of life in the evening with terraces , restaurants, bars etc.) and it's only some 50 kms from Milano.
It should have 2 TV's ..... . ;-)

Not one thing.
